Franck Julien has been President of Atalian since 2000. He began his career in 1992 at TFN Group (renamed Atalian Global Services in 2009); a family-run corporation created in 1944 by his grandfather. He took on a first position as Operational Director and became General Manager in 1995, followed by President of the Group in 2000. Since then, Franck JULIEN has never ceased to push the Group, whose turnover has gone from around 100 million euros in 1995 to 2 billion euros in 2018. Franck Julien was appointed Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite (Knight of the National Order of Merit).

Kenton has over 30 years of knowledge, experience and insight in the global facilities services industry. Having founded his first business in the waste management sector in 1989. Kenton strategically developed the operation and sold his first business in 1996 where he then went on to establish Servest, helping to develop the overall group through a multitude of acquisitions and organic growth. Together with a global management team, Kenton has created a leading multinational facilities services group operating globally, spanning two continents throughout all of Europe and Africa.

Matthieu de Baynast has been Chief Executive Officer of Atalian since 2017. He began his career in 1999 at AGS Group, the European leader of removals and became Director of operations in 2004. Since January 2007, Matthieu de Baynast has actively contributed to the growth of ATALIAN Group and its expansion at an international level. He has supported the company’s development as President of ATALIAN International, through the coordination of more than 60 acquisitions across the world. During the last ten years of his presidency, the Group’s international turnover went from 8 million euros in 2007 to 900 million euros in 2017.

Rob has been integral in Servest’s involvement within the facilities services sector spanning two decades and during this time has gained a wealth of experience and insight, establishing himself as an influential figure in both commercial and corporate arenas. Joining Servest in the mid-1990s as Managing Director, he quickly progressed into the role of Group CEO. Driving organisational growth through an organic and acquisitive strategy, Rob has been instrumental in developing the Servest Group into a leading international facilities services brand and has played a key role in significantly building the UK operation.
